Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make these changes immediately.
If your order ships and the changes were not brought to our attention, we will have to create a case to further review and resolve the situation.
If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 24-48 hours before contacting us at email@example.com. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and we will sen you a new order with brand new products immediately.
Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship out a new order immediately and offer a gift card for future purchases for the inconvenience.
Should your order be delivered to the wrong address/country due to the customer's inputted information, we cannot offer a refund or general solution. We will have to create a case to further review and resolve the situation.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it due to damages and issues. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are only applicable if customer received the incorrect order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
